So, this is one of our favorites! Once in a while I like to do some seafood meals. My husband told me a couple of times, “We can’t eat all of that!” But we are always surprised! This recipe is so simple but I bet you will like this additional ingredient that you probably have never tried before… using Red Palm Fruit Oil and some Sriracha Sauce! I hope that you will give it a try!



1  package of frozen Atlantic Shrimp (20-30) in a bag but fresh ones are the BEST!

3 or more cloves of garlic

2-3 tbsp butter

1-2 tbsp red palm fruit oil

fresh parsley

a few drops or more of sriracha sauce

salt & pepper to taste

old bay spice


Unthaw the shrimps and just give it a quick rinse.

Easy Garlic Buttered Shrimp

Put the shrimp in a pan and let it cook until they change color. Add the red palm oil, garlic, and parsley and let it cook for a few seconds. Then add a few drops of sriracha sauce, and season with salt, pepper, and some old bay spice. Lastly, melt the butter and turn off the heat. That’s it! Let it cool off, serve and enjoy!
