What is your favorite fish? I like a few but haddock is a favorite at home. Here is an easy way of preparing it.

Tarragon or Your Favorite Herbs
Slice the fillets into smaller pieces & season them on both sides. Coat the fillets with flour.
Heat the pan and put the oil making sure that the oil is hot enough before frying the fish.
Cook the fillets between 3-4 minutes on each side. Drain any excess oil on a paper towel.
