One of the things that I like about this recipe is that it’s easy to prepare & of course I love the sauce! I just steam some veggies to go with this hamburger steak and there goes my quick meal for supper! You may also use your favorite meat for this recipe. Enjoy Folks!
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp Steak Spice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic (chopped)
4-5 Chives (chopped)
Ground black pepper to taste
1 sachet (mushroom sauce) or 1 can of sauce (your choice)
Season the meat with steak spice & Worcestershire sauce and make some normal hamburgers. You may make four small ones or 3 medium ones like I did.
You have probably noticed by now that we like mushrooms at home! For this recipe I sautéed my mushrooms in advance. I think that it adds great flavor but I will leave that choice up to you!
So, heat the pan; add the cooking oil and cook your meat. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook the onions & chives. Add in the sauce and stir. Feel free to add some water if the sauce is too thick. Season it with black pepper.
Bring back the meat and let it cook for a few more minutes making sure that all flavors blend in!
Serve with steamed veggies!
TIP: Feel free to use another pan or simply wash it after cooking the meat; if it’s too burnt your sauce will be bitter & taste burnt.
Mushroom: You may mix it with the recipe or use it as a side dish with your meal. The mushrooms may also be prepared ahead of time.
