Ingredients :

Bok ChoyStir Fry Bok Choy

Soy sauce

1 tbsp oil

Salt & pepper to taste

Remove or chop the ends of Bok Choy and wash thoroughly.


Steak Coating: Coated Beef Strip

1 piece of steak

1 tbsp oil

1tbsp soy sauce

½ tsp sesame oil


Added ingredients :

1 clove of garlic (chopped)

Red bell pepper (chopped)

½ tsp pepper flakes

½ tsp curry powder

½ tsp cayenne pepper

½ tsp mustard seed

Salt & pepper to taste


Coat the meat as seen in the video.

Heat the oil in a pot/pan and stir fry the coated meat. Add in the garlic and the remaining ingredients. Cook for 4-5 minutes then remove.

Beef Stir Fry


In the same pan add the oil and stir fry the bok choy. Let it cook for about 5 minutes or more. I like my vegetables a bit crunchy.

I like eating this with rice! This batch is good for two people. Just double the recipe if you are more but remember to stir fry your meat by batch or else it will just boil while cooking. You are looking for that golden brown result for your meat!
